  • We ship in the UK, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Europe and worldwide.

  • Shipping fees and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to postal or courier services.

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If it’s damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at forestcandlehut@gmal.com with photos and a description.
